【Abstract】 Choledochal cysts(CC) is a rare benign disease of extrahepatic duct,intrahepatic duct,or both.They account for approximately 1% of all benign biliary diseases.Carcinoma of bile duct is the most serious and dangerous complication.The other complications associated with CC involve cholelithiasis and hepatolithiasis,cholangitis,acute and chronic pancreatitis,portal hypertension,liver fibrosis and secondary liver cirrhosis and spontaneous cyst perforation The early diagnosis and proper treatment are very important.Surgery is the only treatment of CC and Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy is the most common method.更多还原
