【摘要】 目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)以及血脂指标与脑卒中的相关性。方法选择2011年1月至2012年12月由铜川市矿务局中心医院收治的首发脑卒中患者178例,以及同期健康体检者121例作为研究对象,对其血脂以及Hcy进行检测和分析。结果不同性别的脑卒中患者其Hcy水平均高于同性别非脑卒中患者,且两组患者男性Hcy水平均高于同组女性,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。缺血性与出血性脑卒中患者Hcy水平均显著高于非脑卒中患者(P<0.05),但是两种分型之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同脑卒中亚型患者其Hcy水平均显著高于非脑卒中患者(P<0.05),但不同亚型间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者有无糖尿病、高血压、高血脂以及是否吸烟酗酒与Hcy水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。不同亚型脑卒中患者间总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平无明显差异(P>0.05),但与非脑卒中患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者无论何种分型血清Hcy、TC、TG、LDL-C水平均有不同程度的升高,而HDL-C水平则会有一定的降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the the correlation between serum homocysteine and lipid parameters and brain stroke.Methods From January 2011 to December 2012,178 cases of stroke admitted by Shaanxi Tongchuan Mineral Bureau Central Hospital and 121 cases of healthy people for health examination during the same period were selected as the research objects,the lipid and Hcy were detected and analyzed.Results The Hcy levels of the stroke patients of different genders were higher than that of the same gender nonstroke people,and male Hcy levels were both higher than female Hcy with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).Hcy levels of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke patients were significantly higher than that of the non-stroke people(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the two subtypes(P > 0.05).Hcy levels of different stroke subtypes were all significantly higher than that of the non-stroke people(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between different subtypes(P > 0.05).Existend of diabetes,high blood pressure,high cholesterol and smoking and drinking had no obvious correlation with Hcy levels(P > 0.05).TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C level of different subtypes of stroke patients had no significant difference(P > 0.05),but obvious difference from the non-stroke people(P < 0.05).Conclusion Hcy,TC,TG,LDL-C of stroke patients of any subtype increase to different degrees,while the level of HDL-C decreases to a certain degree.更多还原
