爪形肋骨接骨板固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨爪形肋骨接骨板固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折的疗效。方法选取肇庆市第一人民医院自2010年1月至2012年11月间收治的行手术治疗的多发性肋骨骨折的患者40例,按照治疗方法的不同分为A组20例和B组20例,其中A组患者行爪形肋骨接骨板固定治疗,B组行克氏针、钢丝固定术,对两组的围术期及术后并发症进行比较。结果两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、胸痛持续时间、住院天数及肺不张发生率,A组分别为(45.8±12.8)min、(130.3±20.1)mL、(4.26±1.02)分、(5.6±1.3)d、(15.6±3.2)d及5%;B组分别为(60.3±10.2)min、(160.5±20.9)mL、(6.02±1.32)分、(8.5±1.6)d、(20.5±3.6)d及40%,两组的这些指标进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用爪形钛板内固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折是一种理想的治疗方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore curative effect of claw-type rib bone plate fixation for multiple fractured ribs.Methods The surgical treatment of multiple fractured ribs of the patients in the First People’ s Hospital of Zhaoqing from January 2010 to November 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different methods of treatment,they were divided into group A and group B,20 cases of group A underwent claw type frame bone plate fixed treatment,while 20 cases of group B patients Kuntscher pin and wire fixation.Perioperative and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results Surgery time,intraoperative amount of bleeding,visual analogue scale,chest pain duration,hospitalization days,and atelectasis incidence of group A were(45.8 ± 12.8) min,(130.3 ± 20.1) mL,(4.26 ± 1.02) point,(5.6 ± 1.3) day,(15.6 ± 3.2) day,5%;of group B were(60.3 ± 10.2) min,(160.5 ± 20.9) mL,(6.02 ± 1.32) point,(8.5 ± 1.6) day,(20.5 ± 3.6) day,40%.The differences had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion The claw titanium plate internal fixation is an ideal treatment for multiple fractured ribs.
