【Abstract】 Previous studies have shown that human have a nyctohemeral rhythm of intraocular pressure(IOP),and 24-hour IOP fluctuation is considered to be an important basis for diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma.Recently,with the development of research methods,a deeper degree of understanding the 24hour curve of IOP is achieved,and it’s found that the 24-hour IOP variation has a relationship with postural,ocular perfusion pressure and corneal biomechanics.Here is to make a review on the current researches in 24-hour IOP fluctuation of healthy eyes,ametropia eyes,and different types of glaucoma eyes.更多还原
