【摘要】 前置胎盘是妊娠晚期出血的主要原因之一,是妊娠期的严重并发症,处理不当能危及母儿生命。其病因尚不十分清楚,目前研究认为前置胎盘主要的发病原因是流产史、引产史、多产史、前次剖宫产史、高龄、辅助生育技术史、吸烟及盆腔炎史等。积极的期待治疗和适时终止妊娠是改善前置胎盘母儿预后的关键。剖宫产已成为前置胎盘终止妊娠的最佳方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hemorrhage in late trimester of pregnancy is mainly resulted from placenta previa,which is the severe complication threatening life of mother and child under the condition of inappropriate treatment.Although its etiology is not totally clear,current studies find that main pathogenic factors of placenta previa includ history of induced abortion,prolific history,history of Cesarean section,advanced age,history of assisted reproductive technology,smoking,pelvic inflammatory disease and so on.Positive expectations of treatment and timely termination of pregnancy is the key to improve the prognosis of the mother and child.Cesarean section has become the best method in termination of pregnancy of placenta previa.更多还原
