【Abstract】 Synthetic biology is a rising highly crossed discipline,which combines engineering with biology,which tries to apply the concept of engineering into biosystem and aims to create novel organisms with new properties hoped to solve current spiny troubles just like in environment,energy,and medical problems.Since 2000,synthetic biology has made great breakthroughs in basic and clinical medical field:synthesis of phage,virus,minimum genomes,heterochromatin,and satisfactory results were seen in development of new drugs,and new ways of diagnosis and therapeutics,and new synthetic technology.更多还原
