【摘要】 目的探讨甲钴胺与康复新液配合心理治疗灼口综合征(BMS)的临床疗效。方法将江阴市人民医院口腔科2010年3月至2012年3月治疗的BMS患者84例,按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组各42例,治疗组给予甲钴胺片与康复新液配合心理治疗,对照组给予金施尔康片治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为85.7%、52.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.714,P<0.01)。结论甲钴胺与康复新液配合心理治疗BMS疗效显著,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of mecobalamin and kangfuxin liquid combined with psychological treatment for the patients with burning mouth syndrome(BMS).Methods 84 cases with BMS from Department of Stomatology of Jiangyin People′s Hospital from Mar.2010 to Mar.2012 were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group treated with mecobalamin and kangfuxin liquid and psychotherapy treatment;the control group treated with multivitamin formula.The clinical effects of each group were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 85.7% and 52.4% respectively.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=13.714,P<0.01).Conclusion Mecobalamin and kangfuxin liquid combined with psychological treatment for the BMS patients is significantly effective,and is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
