【摘要】 妊娠高血压疾病是导致孕产妇并发症和围生儿病死率增高的主要原因。其发病机制已有大量研究和探索,主要与胎盘浅着床、胎盘缺氧、血管内皮的广泛损伤、基因的遗传背景、母婴免疫失衡等因素有关。目前胎盘局部组织较正常孕妇基因及其表达的差异已成为新的研究方向,可能通过多种机制引起滋养细胞侵入不足,影响子宫胎盘血管床的发育和重构,导致胎盘缺血缺氧,胎盘发育不良,最终引起妊娠高血压疾病发生。现就胎盘因素研究进展予以综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP)is the main cause ofthe increasing fatality of the pregnant women and the perinatal fetus.A large number studies to its pathogenesis have be done,and it′s found that shallow implantation of the placenta,placental hypoxia,vascular endothelial extensive damage,genetic background,maternal and child immunization imbalance are the main influencers.The difference of placenta tissue genes and the expression has become a new research direction,various mechanisms might be involved which cause the insufficient invasion of nutrient cells,affecting uterine development and remodeling of the vascular bed of the placenta,leading to placental ischemia and hypoxia,placental dysplasia,and eventually HDCP.Here is to make a review on the research progress of placental factors.更多还原
