Well-Pex药物与传统根充糊剂乳牙根管术疗效的比较研究

【摘要】 目的对比传统根充糊剂与Well-Pex药物对乳牙根管的治疗效果。方法将本院采取乳牙根管治疗的126例患儿随机均分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取传统根充糊剂氢氧化钙进行牙根管填充治疗,观察组采取Well-Pex药物进行牙根管填充治疗。应用SPSS 18.0统计软件对治疗后的临床疗效及远期疗效进行秩和检验分析。结果观察组总有效率为96.83%,对照组为79.37%,观察组的临床疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(u=5.310,P<0.05);1年后进行复查,观察组总有效率为96.83%,对照组为77.78%,观察组远期疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(u=5.069,P<0.05)。结论以Well-Pex药物进行根管填充治疗乳牙牙根疾病可更好地保存牙乳头的活性,有助于牙根生长,明显提升疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of the traditional root canal filling paste and Well-Pex drugs on deciduous teeth root canal.Methods 126 cases from Hunan Children Hospital receiving root canal treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group,while the control group adopted conventional root canal filling paste Ca(OH)2 for root canal filling treatment,the observation group were given Well-Pex for root canal filling drug treatment.SPSS 18 was applied for the rank sum test of the clinical curative effect and long term effect.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.83%,of the control group was 79.37%,of the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(u=5.310,P<0.05);recheck after 1 year,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.83%,of the control group was 77.78%,the long-term effect of the observation group was also better than the control group,with statistically significantly difference(u=5.069,P<0.05).Conclusion Well-Pex drug for root canal filling for the treatment of deciduous teeth diseases can better preserve dental papilla activity,which contributes to the root growth and obviously improved curative effect.
