【摘要】 临床中,我们使用20%的甘露醇注射液透析中加压静滴,每次250ml,连用10次～20次。利用甘露醇的高渗扩容、组织脱水作用,防治透析性肺、脑型失衡综合征引起肺动脉高压,肺泡的氧交换能力降低所致心肺功能下降和脑水肿引起的反射性血压升高,以及透析除水导致的低血容量和人体水易趋性不同引起的身体内局部积液,来治疗维持性血透患者心肺功能不全、顽固性高血压、浆膜腔积液等并发症,并防治血透中低血压和提高透析顺应性,临床效果良好,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 We use 20% Mannitol injection by pressurized intravenous dripindialysis.250ml each time,once every 10~20 time,for it’s hypertonic expansion efficiency and tissue dehydration to prevent the reflective elevation of blood pressure induced by heart and lung function decline due to pulmonary hypertension,lower alveolar oxygen exchange ability of lung,cerebral edema induced by hemodialysis pulmonary cerebral imbalance syndrome;the low blood volume due to fluid and dialysis and water retention of different local effusion,to treat the complications of cardiopulmonary insufficiency,refractory hypertension,dropsy of serous cavity and prevention and treatment of hemodialysis hypotension and improve the dialysis compliance in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.The clinical effect was good and worth of further applications.更多还原
