【Abstract】 Nowadays translational medicine is widely concerned by domestic and foreign medical workers.However,the main challenges in practical applications are how to look for a breakthrough of effectively integrating clinical and basic research.The paper takes the research topic of mechanical trauma-induced secondary heart image for example,and systematically introduces the specific implementation method of "clinical-laboratory-clinical" mode and the problem,which is supposed to promote the initiation and development of translational medicine in the field of medical research.更多还原
