【摘要】 目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞在顽固性功能失调性子宫出血病(DUB)治疗中的作用。方法 11例经保守治疗无效且不愿行子宫外科切除术的DUB患者接受了子宫动脉栓塞术。结果 8例患者术后月经同正常月经量或较术前明显减少;2例患者术后月经量较前减少但月经量仍>80ml,1例患者术后月经回复正常月经量但9个月后病情复发,未见明显与栓塞治疗直接相关的严重并发症。结论采用子宫动脉栓塞治疗功能失调性子宫出血病,安全,有效,是在行外科手术切除子宫前可供选择的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the usefulness of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of refractory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Eleven patients underwent selective uterine artery embolization using gelatin sponge for severe monorrhagia not responding to conservative treatment.Results The menorrhagia stopped in 8 patients and improved partially in 1 patient after embolization.The bleeding stopped in 1 patient initially and recurred 9 months later.There were no serious complications in any of the patients.Conclusions Selective embolization of the uterine arteries is a safe and efficacious treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.更多还原
