【摘要】 目的:解决目前整体反射手术无影灯高耗能的不足、光二极管(LED)手术无影灯缺乏应急性等问题,使手术无影灯节能、环保,并增加其应急能力。方法:在整体反射结构的基础上采用LED灯代替卤素灯,整体反射LED手术无影灯光源系统由电源、主灯和副灯(柱式LED灯)、显示面板、调节面板、灯检测电路、主、副灯转换电路、充电电路、供电与备用电源转换电路及应急(开关)电路等组成。结果:使整体反射LED手术无影灯的光源系统具备采用单独的柱式LED作为光源的特点,并具有3种应急能力:①主灯、副灯转换;②交流、直流互换;③直流电直接供给。结论:整体反射LED手术无影灯光源系统已获批实用新型专利和发明专利,可广泛应用于医院手术室。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To solve the problem of high energy consumption of shadowless lamp with general reflexion,inferior emergency of LED shadowless lamp,to make it more energysaving and more environment-protecting,and to increase its ability of treating emergency in the operating theater.Methods:To use the LED lamp in place of the halogen lamp on the ground of general reflexion,to increase charging battery and emergency-treating electricity.Results:The design and application of light source system of LED shadowless lamp with general reflexion can fit with the clinical demand,satisfy the surgery needs,and accomplish the design request.Conclision:Light source system of LED shadowless lamp with general reflexion in the operating theater got the practical new patent(patent number 201220183369.2) and public patent of invention(patent number 201210126367.9).更多还原
