高能窄谱光子治疗Ⅲ度压疮临床疗效分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨高能窄谱光子治疗Ⅲ度压疮创面的临床疗效及其可能作用机制。方法:将72例Ⅲ度压疮创面患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用高能窄谱光子照射治疗,治疗前及治疗7d、14d、21d后进行临床相关指标的评价;对照组采用常规治疗。结果:治疗7d后,治疗组有效率为86.1%,对照组有效率为63.9%,治疗组有效率高于对照组(x2=5.592,P<0.05);治疗14d、21d后,治疗组治愈率分别为53.8%、73.1%,对照组治愈率分别为33.1%、46.2%,治疗组治愈率高于对照组(t=2.584,t=2.378;P<0.05);治疗组治愈时间为(15.34±2.96)d,对照组治愈时间为(22.01±3.05)d,治疗组治愈时间少于对照组(t=2.522,P<0.05)。结论:高能窄谱光子照射治疗能减少Ⅲ度压疮创面分泌物,减轻创周红肿,缓解创面疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间,具有临床使用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effectiveness and mechanism of HNP(640nm±10nm) in treatment of press ulcers degree Ⅲ. Methods: 52 patients with press ulcers degree Ⅲ were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group and experimental group, control group were treated with conventional treatment, the experimental group were treated with HNP in combination with conventional treatment. Key clinical indicators were assessed before treatment and the 7th, 14th,21st day during treatment. Results: After the 7 days of treatment, the effectiveness rate of experimental group is 86.1% which is higher than 63.9% of control group. There was a significant differencebetween the 2 groups (P<0.05).After the 14 and 21 days of treatment, curative rates of experimental group (53.8%, 73.1%) were higher than control group (33.1%, 46.2%) (P<0.05).The healing time of experiment group (15.34±2.96 days)was less than control group(22.01±3.05days)(P<0.05). Conclusion: High energy and narrow spectrum phototherapy could reduce the exudation of press ulcers degree III, relieve swelling around the wound, alleviate the pain of wound, shorten the time of wound healing, and promote the healing of wound, is worth using in clinical practice.
