姜黄素对慢性哮喘大鼠血清及肺泡灌洗液中ICAM-1水平的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨姜黄素对慢性哮喘大鼠血清及肺泡灌洗液中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平的影响。方法选取30只雄性SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为3组,分别为正常对照组(N组)、模型对照组(A组)、姜黄素组(C组),每组各10只,制作慢性哮喘大鼠模型,取肺组织行苏木精-伊红染色(HE染色)观察其病理变化,酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA法)测定血清与肺泡灌洗液(BALF液)中的ICAM-1的表达量。结果 (1)A组支气管壁厚度(Wat)、平滑肌厚度(Wam)显著高于同时期N组、C组(P均<0.01)。(2)A组血清及BALF液中ICAM-1含量显著高于同时期N组、C组(P均<0.01)。结论姜黄素可以降低血清和肺泡灌洗液中ICAM-1含量,其可能是降低哮喘大鼠气道重塑的重要原因之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin on the expression of ICAM-1 in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of chronic asthmatic rats.Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 rats in each group:normal group(group N),asthma group(group A) and curcumin group(group C).Asthmatic airway remodeling models were prepared.The pathological changes of lung tissue were observed under light microscopy,meanwhile the concentrations of ICAM-1 in BALF and serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunospecific assay(ELISA).Results(1)The Wat and Wam in group A were significantly higher than the corresponding groups(P<0.01).(2)The level of ICAM-1 in serum and BALF of group A was significantaly higher than those of group N,and group C.Conclusion Curcumin can reduce airway inflammation,decrease AHR,inhibit the thickening of brochial wall and smooth mscles.It maybe because of its inhibition the expression of ICAM-1.
