【摘要】 目的探讨子宫平滑肌脂肪瘤的病理特点并分析其临床特征。方法回顾性分析38例子宫平滑肌脂肪瘤的临床和病理学特征,并结合相关文献进行分析。结果子宫平滑肌脂肪瘤好发于绝经期,常发生于子宫体,由成熟平滑肌细胞和脂肪细胞以不同比例混合构成。结论子宫平滑肌脂肪瘤是一种罕见的子宫良性肿瘤,临床表现无特异性,术前易引起误诊,手术切除预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the pathological characteristics of lipoleiomyoma of the uterine and its relationship to clinical manifestation.Methods A total of 38 cases of uterine lipoleiomyoma were analyzed retrospectively with review of the literature.Results This kind of tumor was more frequent detected in body of uterus in older postmenopausal women.The tumor may show different proportional features mixed typical mature smooth muscular cells and adipocytes in leiomyomas microscopically.Conclusion Lipoleiomyoma of the uterine is a infrequent benign tumor which easily leads to preoperative misdiagnosis,with no specific clinical manifestation.The surgical resection has an excellent effect.更多还原
