【摘要】 目的探讨免疫球蛋白样转录子2(Ig-like transcripts,ILT2)在外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)上的表达与非小细胞肺癌(non-small-cell carcinoma,NSCLC)的关系。方法选取NSCLC患者43例,肺部良性肿瘤患者19例和健康体检者69例,应用流式细胞术检测其PBMC中CD3+T细胞、CD14+单核细胞、CD19+B细胞及CD56+NK细胞上ILT2阳性表达的相对细胞数量和平均相对荧光强度(MRFI)水平。结果 NSCLC患者组ILT2阳性表达的CD3+T细胞、CD19+B细胞的相对细胞数量和MRFI分别与健康组及良性肿瘤组比较,明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NSCLC患者组ILT2阳性表达的CD14+单核细胞、CD56+NK细胞相对细胞数量和MRFI分别与健康对照组及良性肿瘤组比较,无显著差异(P均>0.05);肺腺癌组ILT2阳性表达的CD3+T细胞相对细胞数量和CD19+B细胞MRFI均显著低于肺鳞癌组(P<0.05)。结论 NSCLC患者PBMC中T细胞、B细胞上的ILT2的表达异常可能与其发病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the immunoglobulin-like transcript 2(ILT2) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) and the patients with non-small-cell carcinoma(NSCLC).Methods Forty three patients with NSCLC,19 patients with benign tumors of the lungs and 69 healthy controls were studied.We used flow cytometry to detect the ILT2 expression in CD3+T lymphocytes,CD14+ monocytes,CD19+B lymphocytes and CD56+NK lymphocytes.The result was measured with the percentage of cells and mean relative fluorescence intensity(MRFI).Results We found a significant reduced expression of ILT2 by lymphocytes in NSCLC patients.When the expression of this receptor was assessed in cell subsets,significantly lower MRFI levels were detected in CD3+T,CD19+B lymphocytes(P<0.05),and a significantly lower percentage of ILT2+ cells were detected in CD3+T,CD19+B lymphocytes from NSCLC patients compared with healthy controls and benign tumors(P<0.05).Compared to lung squamous cell carcinoma,we found both the percentage of ILT2+ cells in CD3+T lymphocytes and the ILT2+ MRFI expressed in CD19+ B cells was significantly lower in the lung adenocarcinoma patients(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in both the percentage of ILT2+ cells and the ILT2+ MRFI expressed in CD14+ cells and CD56+ NK lymphocytes from NSCLC patients compared with healthy controls and benign tumors(P>0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expressions of ILT2 in T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes in PBMC suggest that they possibly participate in the pathogenesis of the NSCLC.更多还原
