【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠晚期贮存式自体输血对母婴预后的影响。方法对39例Rh(D)阴性孕妇临产前1～3周实施自体血液采集,血液置4℃贮血冰箱内保存备用。其中13例孕妇实施分娩时自体血液回输,分别对采血前后3天及血液回输前后3天进行红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血细胞比容(Hct)、血小板(Plt)计数;并观察血液输注及产(术)后母亲情况和新生儿Apgar评分。结果 39例妊娠晚期Rh(D)阴性孕妇自体血液采集前后3天RBC、Hb、Hct、Plt结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),其中13例实行自体血液回输的孕妇血液回输前后3天的RBC、Hb、Hct、Plt结果无统计学差异(P>0.05);产(术)后母亲情况良好,均未输注异体血,新生儿Apgar评分为8～10分。结论妊娠晚期贮存式自体输血是解决Rh(D)阴性孕妇血源紧张的一种安全的、有效的输血方法,具有临床推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of Predeposit autologous blood transfusion in late pregnancy on maternal and infant prognosis.Methods Totally 39 pregnanay women with Rh(D)negative blood type were selected to carry on autologous blood collect for refrigerating at 4℃ on 1-3 weeks before delivering,in which 13 cases of them operated autologous blood transfusion after delivering.The blood index such as red blood cells,hemoglobin,hematocrit,and platelets were analyzed before and after blood collection,before and after autologous blood transfusion respectively.The outcomes of autotransfusion,pregnancy and the Apgar of infant were observed.Results The blood index such as red blood cells,hemoglobin,hematocrit,and p latelets had no significant differences before and after blood collection in 39 women in late pregnancy,also no significant differences before and after transfusion in 13 women with autotransfusion.The 13 women were successful of receiving the autotransfusion.They did not have allogenic blood transfusion.Also no ill reaction occured.The Apgar of infant were 8-10 grades.Conclusion Preoperative autologous blood transfusion has no ill influence on maternal and infant prognosis.It is an effective method to solve the shortage of rare blood type for patients with Rh(D)negative blood type during selective operation.更多还原
