【摘要】 目的了解某消毒液杀菌功效及毒性情况。方法按照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)对该消毒液进行相关定量杀菌与毒理学试验。结果该消毒液含有效氯400mg/L的稀释液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min(悬液法)杀灭对数值均>5.00;含有效氯2 000mg/L的稀释液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用40min(载体法)杀灭对数值>3.00。该消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果为LD50>5 000mg/kg体重;微核试验结果为阴性;对家兔完整皮肤刺激强度属无刺激性。结论该消毒液可有效杀灭细菌及细菌芽孢,且毒性低,为实际无毒级。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of Jinxing disinfectant. Methods According to Technical Standard For Disinfection(2002),quantitative germicidal and toxicology tests were used in the laboratory. Results The average killing log values of the disinfectant containing available chlorine of 400mg/L in killing Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli for 5min were>5.00(suspension method),that of 2 000mg/L in killing Bacillus subtilis var.nigar for 40min was>3.00(carrier method).The mouse oral toxity test of the disinfectant showed LD50>5 000mg/kg(body weight).the result of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative.It had no irritating effect on rabbit intact skin. Conclusion The disinfectant has good efficacy in killing bacteria and bacterial spores.It has low toxicity and can be used safely.更多还原
