【摘要】 目的了解福建省学生常见病的患病现状,并与近15年相关资料进行比较,分析其变化趋势,为制定学生常见病防治对策提供依据。方法对福建省2010年7～22岁学生的视力不良、龋齿、贫血、营养不良和肥胖5种常见病的现状进行统计,并与1995、2000、2005年福建省学生体质与健康调研数据进行比较,得出15年来这五项指标的变化趋势。结果 2010年7～22岁学生视力不良检出率为60.55%,较1995年有明显上升,不同地区间的视力不良率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),城乡间的视力不良率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同性别学生视力不良率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。贫血患病率为17.98%,较1995年有明显下降;肥胖率为6.51%,较1995年增长了93.75%;患龋率为46.23%,龋均0.66,填补率17.29%;营养不良率为8.71%。结论视力不良及肥胖的上升趋势较快,应将肥胖及视力不良作为重点预防工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence of common diseases among students in Fujian province,compare with the relevant data in the last 15years,analyze the trend,so as to provide the basis for the countermeasures. Methods The data of 1995,2000,2005and 2010in Fujian from National Surveys on Students Constitution and Health were collected.The prevalence of students aged 7-22in 2010and the trend of common diseases for 15years,such as poor sight,dental caries,anemia,malnutrition and obesity,was analyzed. Results The rate of poor vision was 60.55% and was higher markedly than that in 1995(P<0.01).The rate of anemia was 17.98%,and was lower obviously than that in 1995(P <0.01).The rate of obesity was 6.51%,increased by 93.75% compared with 1995.The rate of dental caries was46.23%,the mean of decayed tooth was 0.66,the filled rate of dental caries was 17.29%,the rate of malnutrition was8.71%. Conclusion The prevalence rates of poor vision and obesity are increasing rapidly.The control and prevention of obesity and poor vision should be strengthened in the future.更多还原
