【摘要】 林书豪作为NBA历史上第一个美籍华裔球员,哈佛大学毕业的高才生,他凭借着灵活的头脑和过硬的技术,在黑人掌控的NBA赛场上打出了属于自己的天地。我们在对林书豪给出赞誉的同时,也应该深刻思考:在中国找到和林书豪条件相仿的年轻人并非难事,为什么中国篮坛无法出现林书豪?本文从中国篮球职业化发展的现状出发,阐明中国篮球职业化发展思想落后、体制烦琐、后备力量不足等问题。同时,通过和美国篮球职业联赛进行对比,分别从球员选拔观念、技术训练方法、年轻球员储备方法及明星球员效应方面指明中国篮球职业化发展的改进方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the first Chinese-American player in NBA history and a top student who graduated from Harvard University,Jeremy Lin,with his quick mind and perfect skills,established himself in the NBA field that was dominated by the black. With the praises we give to Jeremy Lin,we should also make some deep reflections. It is not difficult to find young people with similar qualifications as Jeremy Lin in China,but why"Jeremy Lin"cannot appear in Chinese basketball field till now? This article first discusses the current situation of Chinese basketball professionalism and the problems being faced,namely,the backwardness of development thought,institutional tediousness and lack of reserve force. Then,by compared with the USA Basketball League,it puts forward some suggestions in terms of player selection concepts,technical training methods,young players reserve and star player effect,to promote the development of basketball professionalism in China.更多还原
