【Abstract】 In the context of the new curriculum reform,teacher’s professional development has become the focus of public attention.At the same time,more and more importance is being attached to the teacher education of effective training.In order to improve training effectiveness,issues like how to make the courses suitable for teachers’ development and how to set up the professional programs have become the focus of all training institutions.Therefore,this paper,based on the training needs of "rural primary and secondary school teachers’ replacement of full-time training"of "National Teacher Training Program"in Yunnan province,illustrates how to implement effective education and training program focusing on the aspects of training needs and training effectiveness.更多还原
