【摘要】 目的:医用回旋加速器是为PET/CT生产示踪显示剂的配套大型医用设备,近年来增长迅速,本研究旨在了解上海市公立医院医用回旋加速器的配置和使用现况。方法:选取上海市7所公立医院为样本,开展了机构调查和访谈,了解医用回旋加速器的配置和使用情况及存在的问题。结果:研究发现医用回旋加速器存在着过度配置的倾向,使用效率尚有提高的空间。建议:应设计合理的设备共享模式,同时提高已有设备的利用率,实现资源共享。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: Medical cyclotron is a matching device of PET /CT and is able to manufacture positron radioactive drugs for several PET / CT devices around. The number of medical cyclotron has been increasing in recent years. This study aims to understand the equipped situation and utilization of medical cyclotron in Shanghai public hospitals. Methods: 7 sampling hospitals were selected to conduct investigation and interviews concerning equipment situation and utilization of medical cyclotron. Results: Results revealed that medical cyclotron in Shanghai had been witnessed an over-equipped trend and the utilization rate of cyclotron was relatively low. Suggestion: It is suggested to designa rational sharing model and raise the utilization rate to achieve sharing.更多还原
