【摘要】 质子泵抑制剂经人体吸收后主要作用于胃内H+/K+-ATP酶,抑制胃酸分泌。临床上主要应用质子泵抑制剂治疗酸相关性疾病,如胃溃疡、胃食管反流病等。相关研究报道表明,质子泵抑制剂可以用于治疗鼻息肉、哮喘、肥达氏综合征等呼吸系统疾病,且具有良好的抗病毒作用。本文针对质子泵抑制剂在呼吸系统疾病和抗病毒领域的应用进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 H+/K+-ATPase inhibitors, which inhibit gastric acid secretion, are a known class of pharmaceutical agents generally used in the treatment of gastric acid-related diseases. Some relevant reports suggest that the proton pump inhibitors can be successfully utilized for the treatment of respiratory diseases such as nasal polyps, asthma, Widal syndrome, and on the other hand, exhibit good antiviral effects.
