【摘要】 目的探讨子宫颈癌合并糖尿病围术期的治疗方法。方法对39例子宫颈癌合并糖尿病患者围术期实施正规的糖尿病治疗,术前正确评估手术难度以及手术对全身的损伤程度,降低手术风险,预防并发症的发生。结果住院18 d~26 d,术前治疗5 d~7 d,均顺利完成手术治疗计划。除1例因意外死亡外,余均健在。结论围术期正规治疗糖尿病,可以使患者顺利完成手术治疗计划。术后继续治疗糖尿病,能明显提高生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the perioperative diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 1998 and December 1998,39 cases of cervical cancer patients with diabetes mellitus were analyzed. Results The patients stayed at Hospital for 18 to 26 days,preoperative treatment was for 5 ~7days,All patients successfully completed surgery. Except for 1 case died of accident,all else patients were alive.Conclusion Perioperative treatment of diabetes,can make the Patients underwent the operation smoothly. Continuing to treat diabetes after operation,which can obviously improve the survival rate.更多还原
