孕妇血铅 锌水平与稽留流产的关系研究

【摘要】 目的分析稽留流产与孕妇血铅、锌水平的相关性,了解金湾区铅污染、锌缺乏程度对孕妇的影响,为预防稽留流产寻找依据,为是否需要在我区孕妇孕前及孕期常规筛查血铅、锌等微量元素提供理论依据。方法选取2012年1月—2013年3月确诊为稽留流产的患者296例作为观察组,正常早期妊娠孕妇302例作为对照组。对2组孕妇进行静脉血铅、锌的检测,分析稽留流产与血铅、锌水平的相关性。结果稽留流产患者血铅含量高于正常早期妊娠孕妇,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);孕妇血清锌浓度在孕早期变化不显著(P>0.05),观察组孕妇血清锌浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论稽留流产与血铅、锌水平密切相关,可通过对孕前妇女血铅、锌测定,防止稽留流产,指导优生优育。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation of missed abortion and the level of blood lead and zinc,know jinwan district of lead pollution,zinc lack of degree and the influence on pregnant women,in order to prevent missed abortion for basis,whether to need our district in pregnant women before pregnancy and pregnancy routine screening blood lead,zinc and other trace elements.Methods In January 2012-June 2013 diagnosed 296 cases of missed abortion patients as observation group,and compared with normal early pregnancy,302 cases of pregnant women as control group,test the venous blood lead,zinc analysis,study its correlation.Results Of missed abortion patients blood lead level is higher than that in normal early pregnancy pregnant women blood lead level,has a significant difference between two groups(P<0.01);Pregnant women serum zinc concentration change was not significant in the early stages of pregnancy(P>0.05),pregnant women serum zinc concentration missed abortion group was obviously lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Missed abortion is closely related to the blood lead and zinc levels,on pregnant women blood lead,zinc,prevent missed abortion,guiding the eugenics.
