【摘要】 目的探讨血气分析前质量控制的重要性。方法统计我科2007年—2011年采集的6 091份血气标本分析结果,对不合格标本原因进行探讨。结果 6 091份标本中,不合格数1 444份,不合格率为24%。结论血气分析受诸多因素的影响,做好血气分析前的质量控制,可以保证检验标本的真实性和可靠性,为临床医师提供准确、可信的分析结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the importance of quality control of blood gas analysis.Methods 6 091 cases of blood gas specimen were reviewed,and the unqualified specimens were analyzed from 2007 to 2011 in our department and clinical outcomes were compared.Results Among 6091 cases specimens,1 444 cases were unqualified,a failure rate was 24%.Conclusion Blood gas analysis is influenced by many factors,to do the quality control before blood gas analysis,can guarantee the authenticity and reliability of test specimens,providing accurate,reliable results for clinicians更多还原
