【摘要】 目的:了解深圳市宝安区教育机构卫生保健人员对传染病防控有关知识、态度、行为情况,为规范教育机构传染病防制工作提供依据。方法:采用分层抽样的方法,选取宝安区80所中小学及幼儿园进行问卷调查。结果:宝安区教育机构卫生保健人员性别、职称、学历、专业等结构不合理,大部分人员无正式编制,人员收入水平较低;知识答卷平均得分仅为59.8分;92%的人员近1年来开展过有关传染病防治的健康教育,70.7%的人员能独立进行传染病病人的调查;仅有25%的人员能独立采集咽拭子;几乎所有的卫生保健人员都认为做好学校日常传染病的防控工作对维持正常的教学秩序是重要的;超过90%的机构开展了晨检、因病缺勤监测、日常消毒等各项传染病防控工作。结论:卫生保健人员的传染病防制知识水平有待提高,而且所具备的知识和技能难以满足工作需要。政府部门切实增加幼儿园及中小学校传染病控制经费投入,优化卫生保健队伍,加强人员的技能培训,切实提高人员收入。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study the awareness of knowledge attitude and practice of prevention and control for infectious diseases among health-care workers in Baoan District,to provide evidence for regulating infectious disease controlling. Methods:Stratified sampling method was used to choose 80schools and kindergartens.Questionnaire survey was conducted in the chosen schools and kindergartens.Results:The structure of gender,title,education,professional and other of health care workers were irrational,mainly in education,job title of a lower level;the average scores of knowledge answering paper was only 59.8;92percent of health care workers carried out health education about prevention and control for infectious diseases in nearly one year,70.7percent of health care workers can develop the case study of infectious diseases,only 25%percent of health care workers can collect throat swabs independent;they,in general,thought that prevention and control for infections diseases play an important role in maintaining a normal order for teaching work in the schools;more than 90percent of educational institutions carried out the work of infectious disease controlling,such as morning examination,surveillance of illness-induced absence.Conclusion:The knowledge and skills of health care workers can not meet the work requirements.Government departments should to increase the funding of basic health facilities,to optimize the health care team,to enhance training of staff skills,and effectively improve the income.更多还原
