【摘要】 目的:了解泸州市老年人的健康现状及卫生服务需求,为针对性地开展老年人卫生服务提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,对我市不同地区(城区、城乡结合部、郊区农村)60岁及以上老年人群共1 472人进行问卷调查。结果:慢性病是老年人的主要卫生问题,罹患的前4种慢性病是高血压、心脑血管病、骨关节病、糖尿病;老年人对医疗及护理照料服务的需求量增大;经济困难和自感病轻是老年人2周患病未就诊的主要原因;就近原则是老年人选择就医机构的首要因素。结论:健康是影响老年人生活质量的重要因素,加强慢性病的防治和社区卫生服务的建设,是提高老年人生活质量的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find out about the current health situation of the elderly in the Luzhou city and their health care needs so as to provide the health care programs for the elderly in accordance with their needs.Methods:Using the questionnaire survey method,1 472elderly people aged 60and above who was sampled with stratified cluster sampling method in different parts of Luzhou,including the city proper,the part linking city and country,and the suburbs were surveyed.Results:Chronic diseases constituted the major health problem for the elderly,with hypertension,Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,osteoarthrosis,and diabetes ranking in the first four places.An increased number of elderly people also meant a greater demand for medical and nursing services.The main reasons of the elderly not being treated were financial difficulty and regarding it as not serious.The principle of proximity was the chief factor affecting the elderly in their seeking medical service.Conclusion:As health is the major factor affecting the life quality of the elderly,enhanced efforts in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and providing of community health service are also the key to improving the life quality of the elderly.更多还原
