【摘要】 目的:为探查深圳市坪山新区常住居民妇女宫颈HPV感染现状,为宫颈癌的一级预防提供理论基础数据。方法:采用随机整群抽样选择人群分组技术方法,抽取坪山新区500名本地常住女性居民为研究对象,进行HPV感染筛查及流行病学问卷调查。结果:500名观察对象HPV总感染率为12.2%。其中16～25岁、26～35岁、36～45岁、46～55岁、≥55岁不同年龄段HPV感染率分别为8.0%,17.0%,12.0%,15.0%,9.0%。正常宫颈、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、宫颈癌中HPV感染检出率分别为6.39%、62.96%、72.73%、80.00%、100.00%,显示HPV检出率随宫颈病变程度的增加而增加(P<0.005)。无性生活史及有性生活史的女性高危型HPV感染率为4.48%及13.39%,两者差别有统计学意义。结论:坪山新区常住居民妇女高危型HPV感染率低于全国的平均水平,HPV检出率随宫颈病变程度的增加而增加,无性生活史的女性高危型HPV感染率较有性生活史妇女明显低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to investigate the residents of women with cervical HPV infection status in Pingshan district of Shenzhen city,and provide a theoretical basis for the primary prevention of cervical cancer.Methods:Design: A stratified randomised cluster-sampling investigation.500cases of Pingshan district local resident women as research subjects,HPV infection screening and epidemiological survey.Results:500observation object of HPV infection rate was 12.2%.16～25years old,26～35years old,36～45years old,46～55years old,≥55years old of different ages HPV infection were 8.0%,17.0%,12.0%,15.0%,9.0%.Normal cervix,CINⅠ,CIN Ⅱ,CIN Ⅲ,cervical HPV infection detection rate was 6.39%,62.96%,72.73%,80.00%,100.00%,HPV detection rate increased with the increase in the degree of cervical lesions(P<0.005).Asexual life cycle and sexual life history of women in high-risk HPV infection rate was 4.48%and 13.39%,a statistically significant difference between the two.Conclusion:Local women’s of Pingshan district high-risk HPV infection rate is lower than the average of our country,HPV detection rate increased with the increase in the degree of cervical lesions,asexual life cycle of women with high-risk HPV infection than sexual life history of women is significantly lower.更多还原
