【摘要】 目的:研究地被菊提取液中的各种成分对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的影响,探讨其对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞抑制效果最好浓度梯度范围。方法:运用煎煮法制备地被菊提取液和细胞培养技术培养人胃癌SGC-7901细胞,MTT比色法和流式细胞术法检测人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的生长状况。结果:地被菊提取液促进人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的凋亡,浓度梯度为100～10 000μg/ml时诱导凋亡作用明显(P<0.05);地被菊提取液浓度在500～2 000μg/ml范围内能显著性地抑制人胃癌SGC-7901细胞生长繁殖(P<0.05)。结论:地被菊提取液能够促进细胞的凋亡,在500～2 000μg/ml内能抑制人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的生长繁殖,具剂量-效应关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the concentration gradient effects of the extracts form Dendranthema grandiflorum on the gastric cancer.Methods:Use decoction method to lixiviate the powder of Dendranthema grandiflorum and cell culture technology to train the SGC-7901gastric cancer cells of human.After,using the MTT method and flow cytometric art to measure the changes of SGC-7901gastric cancer cell of human growth.And seek the best concentration gradient range to inhibite the SGC-7901gastric cancer cells of human growth.Results:The extracts form Dendranthema grandiflorum can promote the SGC-7901gastric cancer of human cells apoptosis,specially in range of 500～2 000μg/ml has statistically significant difference(P<0.05).It can inhibite the SGC-7901gastric cancer cells of huamn growth in range of 500～2 000μg/ml and has statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The extracts form Dendranthema grandiflorum can inhibit the SGC-7901gastric cancer cells of huamn growth in certain concentration gradient range,and has certain doses-effect relations更多还原
