【Abstract】 The continuing education of counselors in colleges is an effective way which can promote the overall quality of counselors and reply new issues in jobs.The article analyzes the necessity of the continuing education of college counselors combined with the actual situation.It summarizes existing problems and shortcomings of the current college counselors in continuing education.At the same time,it puts forward countermeasures for the system of continuing education,learning content and how to learn.It also provides references to College counselors’ continue education in the new period.更多还原
