【摘要】 近年来在国内发生的一系列中小学校园性侵恶性案件,引起了全社会对中小学生性安全的广泛关注;特别是在农村的中小学,由于性健康教育开展不力、犯罪教师自身存在很多问题以及受害学生缺乏自我保护意识等原因,使得教师对学生的性侵问题更迫切地需要解决。本文认为,对校园性侵问题,要从规范师生的交往方式、开展性侵害防治教育和改善教师的执业心理状况等方面进行预防;在犯罪发生后,要从心理疏导、精神支持和法律帮助等方面给予受害者积极的支持,以将性侵害所造成的影响降到最低点。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,a series of malignant cases happened in China,which attracted wide attention to sex safety of primary and high schools students,especially in rural primary and high schools,the problem of teachers’ sexual abuse to students needs to be solved urgently,which is due to the lack of sex health education,the problems that crime teachers themselves have,and the victim students’ lack of self-protection awareness,etc..Therefore,the prevention of it should begin with the standard way of communication between teachers and students,sexual abuse prevention education,and the improvement of teachers’ professional psychological status.After the occurrence of crime,positive support should be given to the victim students by psychological counseling,mental support,and legal assistance,so as to minimize the influence of sexual abuse.更多还原
