重症监护病房分离多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌的同源性分析
Homology analysis on multi - drug resistance pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from ICU
【摘要】 目的调查我院重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)分离的多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌的同源性和耐药情况。方法收集该院2007年7月~2008年6月ICU分离的多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌,使用MicroScan auto Scan-4型分析仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验,用脉冲凝胶电泳分析(pulse gel electrophoresis analysis,PFGE)研究上述细菌的同源性。结果从47位患者中共分离出135株铜绿假单胞菌,其中多重耐药有29株,分布在25位患者中(占比53.2%),哌拉西林/他唑巴坦有较好的敏感率67.7%。PFGE指纹图谱分成5个型(A-E型)。以A型、B型和C型为主,3名患者检出多个亚型。结论 ICU患者感染铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药情况严重,存在多克隆株的交叉感染。PFGE是分子流行病学较好的基因分型方法,为流行感染控制提供了可靠的依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the homology and drug resistance situations of multi-drug resistance pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from intensive care unit(ICU).Methods The multi-drug resistance pseudomonas aeruginosa was collected from July of 2007 to June of 2008,and it was identified and drug sensitive tested with MicroScan auto Scan-4.The homology of the bacteria above was studied by pulse gel electrophoresis analysis.Results A total of 135 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from 47 patients,including 29 strains multi-drug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa,which distributed in 25 patients(53.2%).Piperacillin/tazobactam had good sensitive rate(67.7%).There were 5 genotype(A-E) in fingerprint of PFGE.The majority was type A,B and C.3 patients were detected with multiple subtypes.Conclusions The infection status of pseudomonas aeruginosa was serious,which existed polyclonal strains cross infection.PFGE is a better genotyping method to study molecular epidemiology,which provide sound basis for controlling the infection.
