【摘要】 目的了解布鲁氏菌病对慢性患者的影响。方法采用随机二阶段整群抽样,入户问卷调查方法调查28名布鲁氏菌病慢性现患病例最近三个月的疾病影响。结果 100%(25/25)感到乏力,78.3%(18/23)感到疼痛,54.2%(13/24)发热,50%(11/22)走路困难,感到乏力的中位天数为45d、疼痛、走路困难的中位天数均为30d,感到受这些症状严重影响的比例分别为20%(4/25)、22.2%(4/23)、8.3%(1/24)、和45.5%(5/22)。被调查者都认为布病影响了健康和经济,45.5%(10/22)的人回答对工作有影响。出现最多的症状是乏力和疼痛,影响最大的是走路困难和因病卧床。有序多分类Logstic分析表明,随着病程的延长,乏力、疼痛、发热有所减弱,而走路困难程度、对健康和经济的影响没有减缓。结论布鲁氏菌病对慢性患者造成了严重影响,减少慢性化是降低布病影响的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand impacts of brucellosis on chronic patients.Method Twenty-eight randomly selected chronic brucellosis cases were interviewed with questionnaire on disease burden in recent 3 months.Results 100%(25/25) of cases felt fatigue,78.3%(18/23) of cases felt ache,54.2%(13/24) of cases had a fever,and 50%(11/22)of cases had difficulty in walking.The median number of days for feeling fatigue was 45 days,while the median number of days for ache,fever and difficulty in walking was 30 days.Percentages of cases feel they were affected hardly by the four symptoms were 20%(4/25),22.2%(4/23),8.3%(1/24) and 45.5%(5/22) respectively.Respondents considered that the brucellosis had affected the economy and health.45.5%(10/22) of them answered that their work were affected by the disease.Fatigue and ache appeared most frequently,which led to difficulty in walking and lieing in bed.The ordinal regression analysis showed that with the extension of course of this disease,ache and fever gradually grew faint,while the impacts on health and economy didn’t not relieve.Conclusions Brucellosis has caused serious effects on chronic patients,so reducing the rate of chronic cases is the effective way to low the burden of brucellosis.更多还原
