HPLC法测定虫草被孢菌胶囊中腺苷的含量

【摘要】 目的建立虫草被孢菌胶囊中腺苷含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定虫草被胞菌胶囊中腺苷的含量。采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 m);流动相:磷酸二氢钾溶液(0.05 mol·L-1)-甲醇(85:15)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为260nm。结果腺苷在1.011~50.55 g·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为:A=60901C-2347.7,r=1;平均回收率为100.49%(n=6,RSD=1.1%)。结论本法操作简便,不受杂质干扰,精密度好,结果准确可靠,可用于虫草被孢菌胶囊的质量控制。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method of determining adenosine in Cordyceps Mortierella Mycelia Capsules.Methods We used HPLC to determine adenosine in Cordyceps Mortierella Mycelia Capsules.In this method,Hypersil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 m) was used with the mobile phase of KDP buffer solution(0.05 mo·lL-1)-methanol(85:15).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the wavelength was 260 nm.Results The linear relationship of adenosine within the range of 1.011~50.55 g·mL-1is fine.The linear equation is A=60901C-2347.7,r=1,and the average recovery rate is 100.49%(n=6,RSD=1.1%).Conclusion Using HPLC to determine adenosine in Cordyceps Mortierella Mycelia Capsules is not only easy to operate but also without the interference of impurity.It has good precision and the result is reliable.It can be used as a method in the quality control of Cordyceps Mortierella Mycelia Capsules.
