【摘要】 目的:研究民族药牛耳枫的生药鉴定特征,以完善其质量标准。方法:应用植物分类学、性状鉴别、显微鉴别及薄层色谱鉴别的方法对牛耳枫进行研究。结果:对牛耳枫的生药学鉴定特征进行了详细观察和描述,并认为果实具宿萼,表面被白粉;叶上、下表皮均具含晶细胞,且叶下表面多见乳头状突起,是牛耳枫药材的主要鉴别特征。薄层色谱斑点清晰,重现性好。结论:研究结果可为牛耳枫的鉴别及质量标准提高提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To conduct a pharmacognostical study of the herbs of Daphniphyllum calycinum and to improve its quality standard.Methods: Based on the plant taxonomy,morphological,microscopic and TLC identification methods were used to investigate herbs of Daphniphyllum calycinum.Results: The pharmacognostical profile of Daphniphyllum calycinum was closely observed and described,and the Fruits glaucous was considered to have persistent calyx which was covered with white powders,upper and lower epidermis of leaf were present with cluster crystals of calcium oxalate,and lower epidermis of leaf with mamillary tube,which were considered as the identification characters of herbs of Daphniphyllum calycinum.The fluorescence spot of strictosamide was clearly showed in the TLC chromatogram with good reproducibility.Conclusion: The results can provide references for its identification and improvement of quality standard of this herbal crude drug.更多还原
