【摘要】 应用主成分分析法对4种早实核桃的坚果品质中15个指标(纵径、横径、侧径、单果重、壳厚、核仁重、出仁率、全氮、全磷、全钾、钙、镁、锌以及脂肪含量和蛋白质含量)进行分析,以各指标的累积方差贡献率达到85%以上确定了3个反应早实核桃坚果主要品质的主成分及其主成分的函数式,并应用其对4个品种的核桃坚果品质进行初步评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 15 indexes of nut quality of four early-fruit walnut varieties(including longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,side diameter,single fruit weight,shell thickness,kernel weight,rate of kernel,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,calcium content,magnesium content,zinc content,fat content and protein content) were analyzed with principal component analysis.The paper determined three nut quality main constituents and principal function of early-fruit walnut which contributed the 85% of accumulative variance,and uses the principal function to primarily evaluate nut quality of four early-fruit walnut varieties.更多还原
