【摘要】 福建省创业投资企业近年来不断发展,为福建战略性新兴产业的发展、产业结构的提升和解决中小企业融资难等问题起到了积极的促进作用。本文对福建省创业投资企业的特点、发展中存在的问题进行了分析,并从增强创业投资企业实力、挖掘企业内在价值、提高企业增值服务能力以及引进创业投资人才等方面提出相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Venture capital enterprises in Fujian Province have been the continuous development in recent years.It plays a positive role in promoting the development of strategic emerging industries,the upgrading of the industrial structure,to solve issues such as financing of SMEs.In this paper,it analyzes the characteristics of venture capital enterprises in Fujian Province and the reasons for the development of problem.Then propose appropriate countermeasures from enhanced Venture Investment Enterprises strength,the intrinsic value of mining enterprises,improve enterprise value-added services,as well as the introduction of venture capitalists raised.更多还原
