【摘要】 目的:建立三才降糖颗粒中人参的最佳提取工艺方法。方法:以人参总皂苷含量及干膏率为评价指标,运用正交试验法优选提取工艺条件。结果:通过正交试验,得出三才降糖颗粒中人参的最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇,8倍量,提取2次,每次1h。结论:该工艺方法简便实用,适合工业化生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the extraction procedure of Radix Ginseng in Sancaijiangtang granule.Methods:The extraction rate of Ginsenosides and dry extract yield being evaluation index,the optimum extraction process conditions were studied with orthoqonal test.Results:The optimized extraction condition was as follows:8times 70%alcohol,extraction time 1h,with 3times repetition.Conclusion:The optimized extraction procedure is sipble,suitable for industrial production.更多还原
