【摘要】 目的:探讨中药辨证治疗对家具行业男性油漆从业者精液质量和生殖激素的影响。方法:抽取120名家具油漆作业人员为研究对象,使用传统中药方剂对研究对象进行治疗,使用彩色精子质量全自动分析系统检测治疗前后人员的精子密度、液化时间、活动率及活力等参数,应用免疫技术检测治疗前后人员的血液生殖激素水平。结果:治疗前后比较:精子密度、精子活动率、a、b级精子以及血清睾酮、垂体泌乳素等均明显上升,精子液化时间缩短。c、d级精子明显减少,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经过九个多月的中药辨证治疗,家具行业男性的精液质量和血清性激素含量均有明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discussion on traditional Chinese medicine in treatment effect on male semen quality and reproductive hormone paint practitioners in the furniture industry.Methods:120 furniture painting workers were selected as the research object,The traditional prescription of traditional Chinese medicine were be taken,Treatment of the research object and the course were be designed,the semen and blood samples were taken for the research object as normal,The color sperm automatic analysis system were be used to detect the variety before and after of the treatmented personnel,the semen liquefaction time,sperm density and activity rate and other parameters,the reproductive hormone levels in blood were measured by radioimmunoassay technique personnel.Results:Comparison of the result which taken traditional Chinese medicine intervention before treatment and after treatment: the sperm density,sperm motility,a,b grade sperm and serum testosterone,prolactin etc were increased obviously,liquefaction time was shorten.But c,d grade sperm significantly reduced,has significant difference,were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:After nine months were through dialectical treatment by traditional Chinese medicine,has obvious restoration effect for male’s semen parameters and serum sex hormone who worked in the furniture industry occupation hazards.更多还原
