Cs-g-PAM/Cu导电薄膜的制备、表征及气敏性能研究
Preparation、Characterization and Vapor-induced Property of Cs-g-PAM/Cu Conductive Films
【摘要】 以壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酰胺(Cs-g-PAM)为模板,次亚磷酸钠作为还原剂,利用壳聚糖其结构中的羟基与Cu2+之间的络合作用,制备了Cs-g-PAM/Cu气敏传感导电薄膜材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和全自动量热仪对薄膜的结构和热稳定性进行了表征。研究了复合材料在汽油蒸气中的气敏性能,在低浓度的汽油蒸气下,具有明显的响应性和恢复性能,Cs-g-PAM/Cu导电薄膜在汽油蒸气中主要由溶胀机理引起。
【Abstract】 A vapor-sensitive electroconductive film was designed by inserting Cu2+ particles into chitosan grafted polyacrylamide(Cs-g-PAM) in virtue of a complexation between Cu2+ and Cs,as well as the establishment of inter-and intramolecular attractions between polymer matrices,which were in turn reduced into Cu nanoparticles by sodium hypophosphite as a reducing agent.The structure and thermal properties of the Cs-g-PAM/Cu were characterized by a Fourier transform infrared spectroscope and thermogravimetric analysis.The resistance responsiveness of the film samples to gasoline vapor surroundings was investigated,in the low concentration of gasoline vapors,with a significant response and recovery performance,the response mechanism of the Cs-g-PAM/Cu films to gasoline vapors was accounted for by a swelling theory.
