复方毛冬青离子透入剂的薄层鉴定及总黄酮的含量测定

【摘要】 目的建立复方毛冬青离子透入液的薄层色谱鉴别和总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法采用薄层色谱鉴别制剂中的红花、毛冬青和当归。用紫外分光光度法测定制剂中总黄酮的含量。结果定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强,重复性好。总黄酮在10.15~101.5μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=5),平均加样回收率为100.5%,RSD=1.53%(n=6)。结论定性鉴别专属性强,重现性好,定量方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于复方毛冬青离子透入剂的质量标准控制。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the identification method of thin layer chromatography (TLC) and determine the total flavonoids in the compound ionophore of ilexpubesceus. Methods Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Flos Carthami and Ilex Pubescens were detected by TLC. The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV. Results The qualitative determination by TLC was distinct and highly specific. Total flavonoids showed a good linear relationship at a range of 10.15~101.5 μg/mL, (r=0.9998, n=5). The average recovery rate were 100.5% (RSD=1.53%, n=6). Conclusion The method showed that the qualitative determination with TLC is distinct and highly specific. Quantitative assay is simple, accurate, reliable and can be used in quality control of the compound ionophore of ilexpubesceus.
