锌焙砂常规浸出条件下Cu2+行为分析
Analysis of Cu2+behavior of zinc calcine under conventional leaching conditions
【摘要】 本文通过理论分析,提出以锌焙砂为原料的常规两段浸出湿法炼锌工艺中,制约铜回收率提高的主要因素是浸出液中Cu2+的再次水解沉淀,并通过试验验证了这一结论。
【Abstract】 The theoretical analysis shows that the main factor that affects the increase of copper recovery is hydrolytic precipitation once again of Cu2* in solution during the process of conventional two-stage hydrometallurgical leaching zinc that takes the zinc calcine as raw materials,and the summary was verified by the experiment.
