【Abstract】 The essence of "1992 Consensus" is the cognition of "One China" principle.It has two cores: each side of the Taiwan Strait expresses verbally that both sides adhere to the "One China" principle;"Taiwan Independence" is opposed."1992 Consensus" is the important political foundation of the two sides in cross-strait consultations,establishing mutual trust,promoting the peaceful development of cross-strait relations;reflects the flexibility of the policy of Chinese Communist Party while adhering the principles;"1992 Consensus" obtains the popular feeling,and has increasingly great influence on the peace in the Taiwan Strait;it is recorded into the report of the 18th CPC National Congress,which points out the direction for Taiwan policy;on the basis of "1992 consensus",the cross-strait relations has had a peculiar new situation of peaceful development.更多还原
