【Abstract】 Because the over-voltage failure often occurs in university computer laboratory,which is caused by the centerline cut in the case of three-phase load current unbalanced,and is brought by high-order harmonic.So we calculated,analysised and proved its cause and harm in electrical theory,and we had put forward some effective countermeasure to prevent the over-voltage.更多还原
