一种LF6Y2板材工艺研究
Research on Process of LF6Y2 Plate
【摘要】 LF6Y2板材性能很难控制,板材加工率以及稳定的退火温度和退火时间是决定性能的重要因素。试验采用厚度分别为440 mm和420 mm的高成分LF6合金铸锭,不包铝,加热后热轧,然后冷轧,生产厚度为8.5 mm的LF6Y2板材。研究了加工率、稳定的退火温度和保温时间对板材组织和性能的影响,最终确定了采用加工率控制和稳定化退火控制两种方法生产LF6Y2板材的生产工艺参数。
【Abstract】 It is difficult to control LF6Y2 plate properties which depends on processing rate and stabilized annealing time & temperature.The experiment aims at producing LF6Y2 plate with thickness of 8.5mm from high LF6 alloy ingot without aluminum cladding with thickness of 440mm and 420mm respectively,which went through heating,hot rolling and cold rolling.The paper focuses on effects of processing rate,stabilized annealing temperature and holding time on plate microstructure and properties.Finally,it ascertains LF6Y2 plate production technological parameters can be controlled by processing rate and stabilization annealing.
