基于斜投影算法对混合染液不展开多波长薄层色谱定量分析
Oblique projection-based not spread multi-wavelength thin layer chromatography quantitative analysis of mixed dye
【摘要】 将多波长薄层扫描和化学计量学相结合,应用斜投影法对混合染料中阳离子黄X-5GL和X-8GL进行分析.斜投影法利用投影将被测向量光谱信号从混合光谱信号中分离出来,对分离的信号进行计算分析以获得被测组分的含量.结果表明:2种染料点样量在0.5~2.5μg时,点样量与吸光度积分值具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R分别为0.999 4、0.999 5;所测得的混合染液中阳离子黄X-5GL和X-8GL的RSD较多波长薄层展开定量法小.
【Abstract】 Cationic yellow X-5GL and X-8GL mixed dye was analyzed using the multi-wavelength thin layer scanning and chemometrics through oblique projection method. Oblique projection method could sepa rate quantity spectral signal from mixed spectrum signal using projection, and calculate and analyze the sepa rated signal to obtain the content of measured component. The results showed that when two kinds of dye sample quantity range was 0.5~2.5μg, the sample quantity and absorbance integral value had a good linear re lationship, and the correlation coefficient R were 0.999 4 and 0.999 5, respectively. The measured RSD of cat ionic yellow X-5GL and X-8GL in the mixed dye solution were lower than the traditional TLC method.
