海绵铁内电解强化印染废水预处理效果的研究

【摘要】 研究了海绵铁内电解法作为印染废水预处理工艺的效果.结果表明:在pH=5~6、海绵铁50 g/L、反应60 min条件下,可去除40%以上的色度,废水可生化性得到有效改善.建议印染废水处理系统采用海绵铁内电解工艺用于强化印染废水预处理.

【Abstract】 The effect of spongy iron internal electrolysis method on printing and dyeing wastewater pretreatment was studied.The results showed that under the condition of pH=5~6,50 g/L of spongy iron dosage and 60 min of reaction time,more than 40% of color can be removed,and the biodegradability of wastewater can be effectively improved.The spongy iron internal electrolytic method was suggested to be applied in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment system to strengthen the wastewater pretreatment.
