【摘要】 目的了解嘉兴市早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)的发病情况。方法回顾分析在本院出生的ROP的发病率及其特点。结果接受筛查的早产儿共206例,发生ROP病变16例,均为双眼发病,发病率为7.77%;出生体质量≤1000g组、～1500g组、～2000g组间,发病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.37,P<0.05);出生胎龄≤28周组、～32周组、～34周组、>34周组间,发病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=29.66,P<0.005);需要吸氧治疗的早产儿发生ROP者较多(χ2=4.12,P<0.05),需要机械辅助呼吸的早产儿发生ROP者较多(χ2=19.98,P<0.005);性别(χ2=1.03,P>0.05)、出生方式(χ2=2.68,P>0.05)、多胎与单胎(χ2=0.21,P>0.05)间发生ROP的发病率,差异无统计学意义。结论嘉兴市ROP的发病率为7.77%,低出生体质量、低出生胎龄、吸氧、机械通气是ROP发病的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidence of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) in Jiaxing. Methods The records of premature infants who had undergone ROP screening in the maternal and child health care hospital of Jiaxing between January 2011and December 2011 were reviewed and analyzed. Results A total of 206 premature infants who were less than 34 weeks or whose birth weight ≤2 000 g were treated in NICU. They were screened for ROP until the retina was entirely vascularized. The prevalence of ROP in the study was 7.77%,the prevalence of ROP in the subgroup with birth weight≤1 000 g was significantly higher than that of the subgroup with weight from 1 000 to 1 500 g and that of the subgroup with birth weight from 1 500 to 2 000 g (χ2=10.37,P<0.05).There were significant differences in ROP rate among group 1 (gestational age ≤28 weeks),group 2 (gestational age 29~32 weeks),group 3 (gestational age 33~34 weeks) and group 4 (gestational age >34 weeks)(χ2=29.66,P<0.005).ROP infants had more demand for oxygen supplementation(χ2=4.12 ,P<0.05) and more demand for mechanical ventilation(χ2=19.98,P<0.005). There were no significant differences in ROP rate between gender(χ2=1.03,P>0.05),mode of parturition(χ2=2.68,P>0.05),multiple gestational births or single gestational birth(χ2=0.21,P>0.05). Conclusions The incidence of ROP was 7.77% in Jiaxing. Shorter gestational age, lower birth weight, oxygen supplementation and mechanical ventilation were main factors leading to ROP incidence.更多还原
